INDUSTRY 4.0

24 fully automated robotic arms used in production. Fully automated and high-tech production technologies are commonly used in production thanks to the investments in digitalization and “Industry 4.0”. A total of 24 fully automated robots are used in production for welding, painting, cutting, drilling and grinding.

24 industrial robots are in use for different production lines 90% of welding is done at fully automated production lines with robots 18 modern paint booths (4 of them are equipped with paint robots) 2 automated sand blasting machines. Wide use of CNC processing centers, CNC boring and milling machines, laser and plasma cutting for smooth and accurate production. Water jet cutting machine. Automated material handling cars inside the factories

ELKON's all production facilities has ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification. Closed paint booths to protect the environment against toxic waste of painting process Re-use of rain water by recycling. Annihilation of waste materials generated during manufacturing processes by chemical waste companies. Utilising day light at maximum level thanks to the special roof-top design.
